This Refund & Cancellation Policy<\/strong> outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and changes to reservations made at Cerviola Hotel<\/strong>. By making a reservation with us, you agree to comply with this policy.<\/p>

1. General Cancellation Policy<\/h3>

Free Cancellation Period:<\/strong>
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to the arrival date.
If a cancellation is made within 7 days of the arrival date, a cancellation fee equivalent to the full booking amount will apply.<\/p>

No-Show Policy:<\/strong>
If you fail to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, a one-night cancellation fee will be charged.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel the remaining nights of the booking if no communication is received from the guest.<\/p>

Stop Sale Policy:<\/strong>
Stop Sale requests may be issued by Cerviola Hotel<\/strong> at any time and without conditions. Guests affected by Stop Sale will be notified via email or phone.<\/p>

2. Non-Refundable Bookings<\/h3>
